You might have heard about RSS in some of the popular sites.

We may get confused on knowing the real meaning of RSS. I too got confused while I heard the word RSS, but now I know. That's why I'm sharing it.

 So, in this post, we are going to discuss about RSS.

Let's Look What Wikipedia Defines the term RSS.

According to Wikipedia;

RSS (Rich Site Summary); uses a family of standard web feeds formats to publish frequently updated informations: blog entries, news headlines, audio, video. An RSS document (called "Feed", "Web Feed" or "Channel") includes full or summarized text, and metadata, like publishing date and author's name 

Each of the visitor subscribed by RSS would be updated immediately after updating the site. So, it is preety much cool. Visitors will be e-mailed automatically after the update of the website.

Subscription to a website via RSS

As mentioned earlier, RSS provides the facilities for the visitors to subscribe and get the important updates in E-mail. Visitors will be e-mailed automatically after the update of the website.
